摘要
研制的ZDY6000LD(B)履带式全液压钻机的给进机身采用V形导轨,简要介绍了V形导轨的钻机给进机身的特点,利用ABAQUS软件建立托板的有限元模型和进行了仿真分析,以便评定是否满足设计要求,并为进一步优化提供了设计依据。
Feeding Body of ZDY6000LD （B） is developed by using of new feeding pallet. The characteristics of V-type Feeding Body are introduced tersely in article. A finite element model of the feeding pallet is established and analyzed by ABAQUS software. In order to know if the dynamical behavior of drilling machine has met the requirements. The finite element model of feeding pallet is built by 3D modeling software and finite element analysis software and simulation are accomplished and then.
