摘要 针对传统测控系统过度依赖硬件设备,引进近年来应用范围较广的虚拟仪器技术,以Lab VIEW为开发平台,设计出一套测试系统。确立采煤机主要故障为齿轮与轴承的失效,确立其相关研究参数;结合必要的传感器与调理电路,并采用虚拟声卡来采集信号,组成了测试分析系统;在虚拟仪器中采用了滤波、加窗、功率谱、FFT等模块用于信号的处理。结果表明,该系统可以得到较为理想的波形及数据,具有用户自定义、界面可观、操作方便的特点。 In view of the problem of the traditional control-system dependence on the hardware equipment excessively, this paper introduces the technology of the virtual instrument which is in a wide range of applications recently and designs a set of testing system by taking LabVIEW as the development platform. It has established that the shearer's fault is the failure of gear and bearing, and its related research parameters; It form the testing system though the virtual sound card, combined with the necessary sensor and control circuit. It is for signal processing by using filtering, window, power spectrum and FFT module in virtual instrument. The results show that the system can get ideal waveform and data. with user-defined, substantial interface and easy to operate features.
