序贯式结肠透析联合中药灌肠治疗慢性肾脏病临床观察

Clinical Observation of Sequential Colon Dialysis Combined with TCM Enema on Chronic Kidney Disease

目的：观察序贯式结肠透析联合中药灌肠治疗慢性肾脏病（3~4期）的临床疗效。方法：确诊的90例CKD 3~4期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,治疗组接受序贯式结肠透析联合中药灌肠治疗,对照组口服尿毒清颗粒,3周后观察疗效。结果：治疗后两组患者的Scr、BUN、UA和P、K均有不同程度下降,而GFR、Ca和HCO-3则明显上升,与治疗前相比差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后两组组间比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：序贯式结肠透析联合中药灌肠治疗能显著改善CKD 3~4期患者的肾功能。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of sequential colon dialysis combined with TCM enema on chronic kidney disease（ 3 to 4 stage）. Methods： 90 cases of patients with CKD3 ~ 4 were divided randomly into treatment group and control group,each of 45 patients. Treatment group was treated with sequential colon dialysis combined with TCM enema,while control group took oral uremic clearance granule. After three weeks,the effects were compared. Results： After treatment,Scr,BUN,UA and P,K of patients in two groups decreased to certain extent,while GFR,Ca and HCO-3increased significantly. Compared with thedatum before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Compared between the two groups of patients after treatment,Scr,BUN,UA and P,K of treatment group were lower than control group,while GFR,Ca and HCO-3were significantly higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment through the sequential colon dialysis combined with TCM enema can significantly improve the kidney function of patients with CKD3 ~ 4.
