110例患者体质评估与经络检测特点及其与健康状态的关系

Constitutional Evaluation of 110 Patients and Relationship between Characteristics of Detected Channels Collaterals and Health Status

目的:探讨不同体质患者的经络检测特点及其与健康状态的关系,为预防保健提供指导。方法:采用JK^02C型中医经络检测仪对110例患者进行体质评估、经络检测及健康状态分析。结果:110例患者中平和质占总人数的69%,气虚质占23%,阴虚质、气滞质、痰湿质均较少;平和质患者的经络多以正常能量区及低能量状态亚健康区为主,气虚质患者则以低能量状态低能量区为主;平和质患者及气虚质患者的健康状况、体能代谢指标较正常值均偏低,而植物神经指标均偏高。结论:平和质和气虚质患者占所有体质类型患者的绝大多数;平和质患者更多的处于"健康走廊"带,亦即亚健康状态;而气虚质患者则更多的处于低能量状态低能量区,即该类体质患者多为慢性病或消耗性状态。

Objective： To explore the relationships between characteristics of channels collaterals detection of patients with different constitutions and their health statuses,and provide the guidances for prevention and health care. Methods： The constitutions of 110 patients were evaluated,their channels collaterals were detected and their health statuses were analyzed by JK ~ 02 C model TCM channels collaterals detector. Results： Among 110 patients,mildness constitution was 69% of the total number of patients,qi deficiency constitution 23%; while yi deficiency constitution,qi stagnation constitution and phlegm damp constitution all were less. The channels collaterals of patients with mildness constitution were mainly in normal energy range and sub-health range of low energy state,while the patients with qi deficiency constitution were mainly in low energy range of low energy state. The health status and the physical metabolic indexes of patients with mildness and qi deficiency constitutions were all on the slightly lower side than normal values,while the autonomic nervous indexes were all on the higher side. Conclusion： The patients with mildness and qi deficiency constitutions constituted the vast majority in patients of all constitution types; the patients with mildness constitution were more in ＂Health Corridor＂zone,i. e. in sub- health status;while the patients with qi deficiency constitution were more in low energy zone of low energy state,i. e. the patients with this constitution were more in state of chronic diseases or consumptivity.
