不同品系大白菜霜霉病抗性鉴定研究 被引量:3

摘要 为筛选出抗性较强的育种材料及优良杂种一代,试验对具有代表性的6个直筒型大白菜品系进行以抗霜霉病为主的人工苗期田间鉴定。结果表明,90-99-8发病最重,其病情指数为21.47,为感病品系,抗病性最差;90-92-4,病情指数仅为4.52,抗病性最强,为高抗品系;90-F3-7-1和20-14-3为抗病品系;107F-9-3-1-1和H-20-12-1为中抗品系;6个品系的病情指数在4.52~21.47之间,对霜霉病的抗病性均表现较抗,表明其可作为较好的育种材料。 Manual identification tests were made on the resistance of 6 Chinese cabbage cultivars to downy mildew during their seedling stages in the field, to select the high disease resistance materials and good hybrids. The results showed that the disease index of90- 99- 8 cultivar was 21.47, its resistance to disease was the weakest. The disease resistance of cultivar 90- 92- 4 was the strongest, its disease index was 4.52, and the resistances of cultivars 90- F3- 7- 1, 20- 14- 3, 107F- 9- 3- 1- 1, H- 20- 12- 1 were in the middle, their disease index were between 7.39 and 14.07. 6 Chinese cabbage lines showed resistances to downy mildew, and they can be selected as breeding materials.
