酶液提取扁核木叶片总黄酮的工艺优化 被引量:4

摘要 采用酶液提取法从扁核木叶片中提取总黄酮,研究酶种类、提取温度、提取时间、酶液浓度等因素对总黄酮得率的影响,并利用响应面法确定酶液提取扁核木叶片总黄酮的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,在酶解温度53℃、酶液质量浓度0.3 mg/m L和酶解时间1.9 h条件下,从扁核木叶片提取的总黄酮可达1.379 mg/g。 Total flavonoids were extracted from Prinsepia uniflora Batal. leaves by using enzymolysis method. Extraction temperature, extraction time and enzyme concentration were selected as influencing factors during extraction, and the protocol of extracting total flavoniods from Prinsepia uniflora Batal. leaves was optimized by response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were extraction temperature 53 ℃, enzyme concentration 0.3 mg/m L, and extraction time 1.9 h. The extraction rate was 1.379 mg/g under these conditions.
