摘要1病例资料男,5岁,19kg。因左锁骨骨折2 h入院,拟行左锁骨骨折切开复位内固定术。查体：体温36.5℃,呼吸22/min,脉搏117/min,血压90/52 mm Hg,脉搏氧饱和度（SaO2）0.99。咽部无充血,气管居中,发音功能良好。双肺呼吸音清,未闻及干湿啰音。术前常规检查无特殊。有慢性扁桃体炎病史3年,近2个月未发作。
