传统疝修补术与无张力腹股沟疝修补术在治疗腹股沟疝中的临床观察

The comparative observed of traditional hernia repair and tension- free inguinal hernia repair

目的:分析比较传统疝修补术与无张力疝修补术在治疗腹股沟疝中的临床效果。方法:选取收治的腹股沟疝患者共65例,试验组采取无张力疝修补术作为治疗方法,对照组则进行传统疝修补术。结果:试验组在患者的治愈时间上较对照组具有明显的优势作用,但是花费上相对较多,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗后病情恢复效果比较理想,安全可靠,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无张力疝修补术相对于传统的疝修补术更加安全可靠,降低了手术过程中的复杂性,对患者的治疗具有积极推进作用,比较适合在基层医院中展开进一步的实施和发展研究。

Objective To analyze and compare the clinical efficacy of traditional hernia repair and tension - tree hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia. Method 65 cases of inguinal hernia patients were selected, experimental group taken as a tension - free hernia repair treatment, the control group performed traditional hernia repair. Results The patients in the experimental group than the control group, healing time had obvious advantages role, but the relatively high cost, there was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; experimental group patients after disease recovery effect was ideal, safe and reliable, there was statisticaUy significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Tension - free hernia repair compared to traditional hernia repair is more secure and reliable, reduces the complexity of the surgical procedure, the patient＇s treatment has a positive role in promoting, which is more suitable for further implementation and development studies at the grassroots level hospitals.
