早期乳腺癌CT检查的价值分析

The value analysis of CT examination of early breast cancer

目的:探讨和分析CT检查对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:选用32例早期乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为试验组和对照组,对照组患者只进行了常规的检查,而试验组患者在常规检查的基础上,还进行了CT检查,对两种检查方法的差异性进行对比。结果:CT诊断早期乳腺癌15例,明显高于对照组的10例,CT检查肿块14例也高于对照组的11例,并且两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将CT技术引入到早期乳腺癌的诊断过程中,可以有效地提高诊断效果,因此可以在临床治疗中被推广。

Objective To explore and analyze the value of CT examination in the diagnosis of early breast cancer. Method 32 cases of early breast cancer patients were selected as the research object, and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, patients in the control group only by routine examination,while the experimental group patients based on routine examination ,were examined by CT by contrast, differences between the two methods of inspection. Results CT in early diagnosis of breast cancer in 15 cases ,were significantly higher than 10 cases of control group,CT mass in 14 cases were higher than that of 11 cases of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Introducing CT technology to the diagnosis of early breast cancer ,can improve the effect of diagnosis and effective, so it can be popularized in clinical treatment.
