人文护理在新生儿管理中的应用

Application of Humanistic care in the neonatal management

目的:探讨人文护理对提高新生儿护理质量的影响。方法:选取新生儿60例,并将其随机分为两组,即观察组和对照组各30例,观察组新生儿给予人文护理措施,对照组新生儿给予常规护理,分析比较两组新生儿的护理效果及家长的满意度。结果:经对比得知,两组新生儿体重、住院时间及家长满意度等方面比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床对新生儿采用人文护理措施,可降低新生儿护理缺陷的发生几率,有利于促进患儿的早期康复,提高家长的护理满意度和护理质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic care to improve the quality of neonatal care. Method 60 cases in newborns born who were selected were randomly divided into two groups, namely the observation group and the control group, respectively, to give them the humanistic care and the usual care then the comparative analysis of the two groups of children with care effect and parental satisfaction. Results The differences between these two groups with birth weight,length of stay and parents satisfaction were statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical care of the newborn using humanistic measures can reduce the probability of the occurrence of defects in newborn care and help to promote early rehabilitation of children. Also these can improve the parent satisfaction and quality of care.
