摘要
本文研究了黄金鲫的呼吸代谢情况,利用密闭流水呼吸室,测定了30℃下不同规格黄金鲫的耗氧率、窒息点以及排氨率。结果表明:规格越大的黄金鲫耗氧率越低,8g、33g、79g黄金鲫耗氧率平均值为0.622、0.446、0.383 mg/(g·h);8 g、33 g、79g黄金鲫排氨率平均值为0.131、0.078、0.054 ug/(g·h);黄金鲫耗氧率存在昼夜变化,耗氧率最高点出现在02:00—06:00,耗氧率最低点出现在12:00左右;体重和窒息点呈负相关,规格越大窒息点越低,从3 g到79窒息点由0.37 mg/L降到0.26 mg/L。
In order to understand the respiratory metabolism of golden carp, we used the confined waterbreathing room to test the gold crucian carp's eoxygen consumption rate, ammonia excretion rate, and the suffocation point. The results showed that: the larger gold carp have the lower oxygen consumption rate. When the gold carp have 8g、33g、79g, the oxygen consumption rate is 0.622mg/(g·h)、0.446mg/(g·h)、0.383mg/(g·h)seperately. The larger gold carp have the lower ammonia excretion rate. When the gold carp have 8g、33g 、79g, the ammonia excretion rate is 0.131ug/(g·h) 、0.078ug/(g·h) and 0.054ug/(g·h) seperately. Oxygen consumption rate has the existence of diurnal variation. The highest oxygen consumption rate appeared at 02:00~06:00, the lowest oxygen consumption rate appeared at about 12:00. The weight and suffocation point correlated negatively, when the weight of the golden carp increased from 3g to 79g, the suffocation point decreased from0.37mg/Lto 0.26mg/L raletively.
