The open access policies of academic institutional repository in China cover the perspectives as follows： displaying modes open access policies of the relevant agencies,content policies,submission policcies,use policcies,the requirements of the format and version,legal basis, leaving policies and privacy policies.By comparison these policies are reasonable to some extent, but also have some inadequacies needing improvement.
