摘要
介绍了国内外开放获取最新进展。通过对比分析开放获取资源和印刷型期刊及数据库的特点和优劣势,阐述了开放获取对图书馆信息资源建设战略、馆藏结构、组织揭示和共建共享所带来的影响。从我国情况看,今后一段时间,开放资源、数字化印本资源、数据库将同时作为馆藏共存,亟需探索和研究适合远程数字型网络资源的组织规范,信息资源的开放和共享是大势所趋。
Introduced latest progress on open access at home and abroad. By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of OA resources, printing periodicals and databases, this paper expounds the profound impact of OA on information resource construction, collection structure, resource description and knowledge sharing in library. According to the specifics in China, open resources will coexist with digital print documents and databases in the next period of time. It＇s urgent need to explore and research more suitable cataloging rules for internet digital resources. Openning and sharing of information resources is coming trend.
