Study on the Synthesis of Tri-n-propyl Orthoformicesters

以氢氰酸、盐酸气、正丙醇为原料合成原甲酸三丙酯[1],该工艺利用本公司现有产品氢氰酸为原料,采用廉价的盐酸气,通过成盐、醇解、精馏制备原甲酸三丙酯,大大节约了成本,而且提高了原甲酸三丙酯的收率,可达94%。

With hydrocyanic acid,hydrochloric acid gas,normal propyl alcohol as raw material to synthesis of tri - n -propyl orthoformicesters[1]is studied. The process uses the company＆#39;s existing product hydrocyanic acid as raw material and uses the cheap hydrochloric acid gas,through into salt,alcoholysis,distillation. The preparation of tri - n - propyl orthoformicesters,greatly save the cost,and improve the yield of the former three propyl formate,up to 94% .
