摘要
本研究用凤眼莲秸秆接枝丙烯酰胺制备了高吸水性树脂,主要探讨了凤眼莲秸秆不同的预处理方式对高吸水性树脂的影响。结果表明,在预处理后的秸秆与单体丙烯酰胺(AM)质量比为1∶5,过硫酸钾用量为单体质量的3%、交联剂N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBAM)用量为单体质量的0.3%、反应温度为75℃,反应时间为4 h条件下可合成接枝产物、该产物经3%Na OH/9%CH3OH混合液水解后可制得高吸水性树脂;水葫芦秸秆经5%Na OH(w/w)水溶液室温浸泡,超声活化2 h的预处理后所制备的吸水材料具有最高的吸水能力,达422 g/g,吸0.9%的Na Cl溶液的能力达48 g/g。
The graft copolymerization of acrylamide(AM)onto the water hyacinth straw after pretreatments was carried out to prepare superabsorbent resins(SAR). This study mostly discussed the influence of different pretreatment methods of hyacinth straw on SAR. The results showed that SAR was prepared by hydrolyzing water hyacinth - g - acrylamide in solution containing 3% NaOH/ 9% cH3 OH,which was gotten in the reaction conditions as follows:the mass ratio of the water hyacinth straw after pretreatments to acrylamide was 1:5,potassium persulfate is 3% of the mass of monomer,N,N- methylene double acrylamide( MBAM) is 0. 3% of the mass of monomer,the reaction time was 4 h. The superabsorbent resin obtained under above conditions and water hyacinth after pretreatment which was pretreated with ultrasonic for 2 h in 5% NaOH(w/ w)aqueous solution at room temperature had the absorbent capacity of 422 g/ g in deionized water and of 48 g/ g in 0. 9% Nacl solution.
