摘要
紫杉醇最初是从红豆杉属植物紫杉的树干、树皮中提取的一种天然抗肿瘤药物。自1967年被发现以来,随着研究的不断深入,人们对紫杉醇的理化性质认识越来越深刻,并进行了化学合成。目前它已被广泛应用于各种癌症的临床治疗。
Taxol is a kind of natural anticancerogen which is extracted from the bark and leaf of Taxus. Since 1967 when taxol was first found,the understanding to structural features and anticancer mechanism of taxol has been more profound. People also found the way to synthesize taxol by chemical processes and make it drug. Now it has already been widely used in the clinical treatment of various types of cancer.
