摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定萘普西诺及其对映异构体。采用Chiralpak AD—H色谱柱,以正己烷:异丙醇(95:5)为流动相,检测波长232nm。萘普西诺在0.015~20μg/ml范围内线性关系良好。萘普西诺与其R-异构体分离良好,回收率为99.4%和96.2%,RSD为0.61%和8.1%。
An HPLC method was established for the determination of naproxcinod and its enantiomer. A Chiralpak AD-H column was used with the mobile phase ofhexane : isopropanol (95 : 5) at the detection wavelength of 232 nm. It was linear for naproxcinod in the range of 0.015 - 20 μg/ml. Naproxcinod was separated with its R-enantiomer efficiently. Their average recoveries were 99.4 % and 96.2 %, with RSDs of 0.61% and 8.1%.
