摘要
综述了近年来碳纳米管在治疗恶性肿瘤中的应用,包括药物载体、热疗剂、药物示踪剂等;同时总结了碳纳米管生理毒性产生的原因;最后回顾了提高碳纳米管生物相容性的方法和理论。
The recent advances in the application of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in the therapy of malignant tumor was reviewed, where CNTs can be used as drug carrier, photon induced hyperthermia agent and tracer of drug molecule. The origin of the physiological toxicity of CNTs were also discussed, and then the theory and method of improving the biocomptability of CNTs were summarized.
