酶抑制法测定多种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的试验

The Test of Many Carbamate Pesticides on Enzyme Inhibition Method

采用酶抑制法测定了10种氨基甲酸酯类农药的检出限,并进行了酶活性的减退试验,结果表明,涕灭威亚砜的检出限较低,速灭威、灭多威、异丙威、涕灭威、甲萘威、涕灭威砜、仲丁威的检出限相对较高,克百威和3-羟基克百威的检出限更高;配制好的酶在9℃的冰箱中保存,其活性并不随着时间的推移而降低,但是每天测试的酶的活性都有一定的差别;与酶、显色剂和底物反应的提取液的浓度影响酶抑制法测定农残的结果。

The detection limits of 10 carbamate pesticides were determined on enzyme inhibition mothod ; and the impairment test of enzyme activity were done. The results showed ： The detection limits of Aldicarb - sulfoxide was low ; and the detection limits of metaerate . methomyl, mipcide, aldicarb, carbaryl, aldicarb - sulfone, enobucarb were a little higher,the detection limits of carbofuran and 3 - hydroxycarbofuran were higeter . The enzyme which has been made up were stored in refrigerator witch temperature was 9℃ , Its activity didn, t reduce as time went by , every test of activity of the enzyme had certain difference ; the repeatability was bad on the determination of pesticide by enzyme inhibition method. The determination result was influenced by the concentration of the extract which reactivities with the enzyme . chromogenie agent and substrate.
