摘要
利用Vario EL Cube型元素分析仪测定了杉木中氮、碳和氢的含量。分析了影响测量不确定度的主要来源,对样品测定过程中的样品称量、标准物质、仪器测量重复性等影响不确定度的分量进行分析,并给出扩展不确定度。这样结果的表达更加客观和真实。
Contents of nitrogen, carbon and hydrogen in fir were determined by the Vario EL Cube elemental analyzer. The impacts of major source of measurement uncertainty were discussed. Uncertainty components such as sample weighing, standard sample, measurement repeatability were analyzed, and the expanded uncertainty was given. Such expression of result was more objective and true.
