焦炉烟道气蒸氨在焦化厂的应用

简要介绍了焦炉烟道气蒸氨工艺,并且采用实例说明了烟道气蒸氨在焦化厂应用的效益分析情况,通过分析得知:烟道气蒸氨较蒸汽蒸氨可节省蒸汽约0.2t/t剩余氨水,减排废水约0.2t/t剩余氨水,并且具有较好的经济效益、环保效益和市场推广价值。

This paper briefly introduces the coke oven flue gas steamed ammonia process, and the example is given to illustrate the application steamed ammonia of flue gas in the eoking plant of benefit analysis. Through the analysis that flue gas is steamed ammonia steam steamed ammonia can save about 0.2 t/t the residual ammonia water, wastewater emissions is about 0.2 t/t the residual ammonia water, and has good economic benefit, environmental benefit and promotion value.
