海底管道测温探头的研制

摘要 温度对于金属在不同环境下的腐蚀都有着直接或者间接的影响,对于海底管道而言,不仅管道内的流体性质影响腐蚀,流体的温度更是一个不容忽视的因素。本文采用TMP35作为温度敏感元件,研制开发了海底管道测温探头。利用该测温探头采集的数据,绘制了温度与电位关系变化曲线,并依据温度与电位关系变化曲线:E=9.0159 T-87.139或者T=0.1109 E+9.665,编译了测温应用软件。目前该管道测温探头已在海底管道腐蚀检测中得到了应用。 Temperature has a direct or indirect influence on Corrosion of metal in different environment, as for submarine pipeline, not only the fluid properties affect the corrosion in pipeline, the fluid temperature is a factor that can not be ignored. The temperature measuring probe for seabed pipeline was researched and developed; we used TMP35 of Analog Devices, Inc as temperature sensors. The TMP35 had low voltage and precision centigrade, differing from traditional temperature sensors, it provided a voltage output that was linearly proportional to the Celsius ( Centigrade ) temperature, and dispenses with micro - adjusted, damped and linearized electric circuit, so it saved on cost and design of unnecessary electric circuit. According to the collected data by the TMP35 temperature probe, we drew a variation curve of temperature and voltage output; and according to regressive calculation for the variation curve of temperature and vokage output, we got the relation between voltage output (E) and temperature (T). It followed: E = 9.0159 T - 87. 139 ofT = 0. 1109 E + 9.665, then, basing on the relation of temperature and voltage output, we developed a set of application software to collect and deal with data by temperature measuring probe. At present, the pipeline temperature measuring probe had been applied on seabed pipeline temperature detection.
