废纸造纸污水DCS物质的有机污染特征分析

Analysis on the Organic Pollution Characteristics of DCS in the Wastewater From Regenerated Papermaking

DCS是造纸废水中特有大量溶解和半溶解的有机物和无机物的统称,它在废水中不断累积,制约了造纸废水循环利用水平的进一步提升。本文以浙江某造纸企业污水处理设施为研究对象,应用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析了造纸污水各处理单元DCS物质的有机物污染特征,并最终筛选出桃金娘烯醇衍生物、脱氢枞酸三甲基硅酯、双(三甲基硅基)香草醇三种物质为废纸造纸废水DCS的有机特征污染物;对造纸废水的处理与回用具有重要的意义。

DCS is referred to Dissolved and Colloidal Substance unique in the papermaking wastewater, which contains large amounts of dissolved and semi- dissolved, both organics and inorganicsl and they restrict the improvement of the papermaking wastewater recycling. Based on a typical papermaking enterprise in Zhejiang Province as the research object and this project analysis ed the characteristics of organic pollution in DCS from the treatment process unit by GC - MS. According to the relative content of organic matter in wastewater and the difficult of biochemical degradation, etc. , myrtenol derivatives, dehydroabietic acid trimethylsilyl ester and bis （ trimethylsilyl ） alcohol vanilla are screened as the feature pollutants of DCS substance. The research win have important significance on the treatment and reuse of papermaking wastewater.
