翻抛机清土铲避障装置的仿真设计 被引量:2

摘要 为设计合理的翻抛机清土铲机构,对清土铲的避障装置进行仿真设计。应用Solidworks软件建立清土铲的三维装配模型,并利用Motion模块对避障机构进行实际工况运动仿真,最终得到其特定点的角速度和角位移曲线,验证了设计的准确性,为清土铲的设计提供一种合理可行的参考,同时为进一步研究清土铲的速度和力学性能提供参考。 In order to design rational turning machine track cleaner, a kind of track cleaner device with automatic obstacle avoidance was design. First, using SolidWorks to establish three-dimensional model component of track cleaner, then the motion simulation of the obstacle avoidance device in actual working state was made by Motion module. Finally, the angular velocity and angular displacement curve of the specific point were obtained, which verify the veracity of the simulation design. These provide feasible reference for the track cleaner design as well as the theoretical reference for the track cleaner speed and mechanical properties researches.
