摘要
介绍ADAMS在机械机构设计和分析方面的应用。以曲柄摇杆机构为例进行了用户化界面的二次开发,实现了曲柄摇杆机构的自动化设计,减少了开发周期,降低了开发成本,提高了设计质量。同时还对曲柄摇杆机构进行了运动特性分析,给出了反映曲柄摇杆机构运动特性的具体数值,对定量分析曲柄摇杆机构的特性具有重要的参考价值。
The application of ADAMS in mechanical mechanism design and analysis was described. The redevelopment of the user interface was completed for crank-rocker mechanism as an example, which realizes the automated design, reduces the development cycle and costs, and improves the design quality. The motion characteristic analysis of crank-rocker mechanism was made at the same time, which gives out the specific value. It has important reference value for quantitative analysis of the crank-rocker mechanism characteristics.
