摘要 以直纹面曲面涡轮的加工为背景,基于Pro/E建模和有限元分析的方法,对圆柱形、鼓形及鼓锥形刀具进行建模和静力学分析。在同等切削力的条件下,分析几种不同刀具的受力变形程度以便研究其刚度的变化。分析表明:鼓锥形刀具有优于其他几何外形刀具的刚度,并且具有好的灵活性。 With the processing of turbine with straight grain surface, the cutter's models with different shapes (cylindrical, drum and drum cone) were formed and analyzed in static by PROE and finite element analysis method. Under the same conditions, the mechanical deformation of several different cutting tools were analyzed in order to study the stiffness change .The drum cone cutter is better than the other geometric shape in rigidity and has good flexibility.
