大尺寸圆锥形超声变幅杆谐振频率的瑞利修正

Rayleigh modification on resonance frequency of large dimension conical-type horn

根据瑞利近似理论,对大尺寸圆锥形超声变幅杆的纵向振动的谐振频率进行修正,并推导出了修正频率的表达式。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对一些大尺寸圆锥形变幅杆进行模态分析。将修正前和修正后的结果与ANSYS分析结果相比,发现修正后的值更接近于有限元模拟值。

It was modified according to the Rayleigh approximate theory. By finite element software ANSYS, a set of conical-type horns with large dimension were analyzed. The results before and after correction were compared with those of the ANSYS analysis, and the adjusted value was found to be closer to the finite element simulation value.
