几种温室覆盖材料的保温性能测试与分析 被引量:7

摘要 根据农业行业标准《保温覆盖材料保温性测定方法》(NY/T 1831―2009),运用新疆设施农业工程与装备工程技术研究中心已建成的温室覆盖材料保温性能测试台,在模拟实际使用的条件下,对乌鲁木齐市周边几种普遍使用的保温覆盖材料进行传热性能对比分析。实验结果表明:1号测试样品的传热系数为0.928W/m2·℃,传热阻为1.0780m2·℃/W,在9种保温覆盖材料中保温性能最佳。1号试件是一种单面防水保温被,保温性较高的原因是中间保温层有化纤喷胶棉作为保温主体,在所有试件中重量最轻厚度适中,方便使用。测试台设计科学合理、传热性能测试真实、准确,可以满足温室覆盖材料保温性能测试要求,对温室保温覆盖材料的传热性能研究、保温覆盖产品的使用以及新材料的开发有着重要的意义。 According to the 《Determination Method of Heat Preservation Performance of Covering Materials》 (NY/T 1831-2009) issued by National Agriculture Industry Standard, using the test board which was constructed by Research Center of Agriculture Engineering Facilities and Equipment Engineering Technology, the heat transfer performance of several heat preservation covering materials commonly use by Urumqi manufacturers were analyzed comparatively under the practical conditions. The results are as follows. (1) The heat transfer coeffieient and resistance of I were 0.928Wire2 .℃ and 1.0780 m2 .℃/W respectively, which has an optimum heat transfer performance among the nine tested covering materials. (2) The specimen I is a single-water resistance quilt with higher heat preservation performance due to the chemical fiber collodion in the middle isolation, which has proper thickness and weight among the nine tested materials. The test board design was scientifie and rational and the result of heat transfer performance was real and accurate. It could satisfy the requirement of testing the heat preservation performance of greenhouse covering materials, and has an important meaning for the heat transfer research, covering materials usage and new materials development.
