摘要
通过测定有机磷农药对丁酰胆碱酯酶的活性的抑制率大小来确定有机磷农药的含量高低。通过单因素实验和正交实验结果表明:酶的添加量对抑制率影响最大,其次是温度、p H值、显色剂二硫代二硝基苯甲酸的添加量。实验的最佳条件是p H=7,显色剂添加量为6m L,酶的添加量为6m L,温度为38℃。
Through measuring the inhibition rate of organophosphorus pesticide on hutyryl cholinesterase activity, the organophosphorus pesticide content was determined. The results by the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment showed that: the adding quantity of enzymes has the biggest influence on inhibition rate, followed by temperature, pH, and the adding volume of disulfide agent generation 2 nitro benzoic acid. The best condition of experiment is pH=7 with adding quantity of chromogenic agent and enzymes 6mL at 38℃.
