黑瓜籽的挤压力学特性及其有限元分析 被引量:5

摘要 黑瓜籽的力学特性对减少黑瓜籽的取籽损伤和设计相关机具具有重要意义。本文通过对黑瓜籽进行挤压试验,分析了不同加载方式下黑瓜籽的受压特点,运用有限元法建立了黑瓜籽的挤压力学模型,研究了黑瓜籽横向、纵向和水平承载特性。结果表明:黑瓜籽在三种挤压形式下的弹性模量为:96.10~103.2MPa,最大负载为:91.6~133.3N,水平放置受压的应力和应变大于纵向和横向受压的情况,不同挤压方式下受压点生成裂纹的形状、部位和规律不同。研究结果可为黑瓜籽的取籽、运输和加工等提供理论依据。 The mechanical properties of black melon seeds are important for reducing the seeds damage and designing the related equipments. Through the compression test of black melon seeds, different loading pressure characteristics were analyzed, and the compress mechanical model of black melon seeds was establish by the finite element method to study their lateral, vertical and horizontal bearing properties. The elastic modulus of black melon seeds under the three compression forms is 96.10-103.2MPa, the maximum load is 91.6-133.3N, the horizontal compression stress and strain is larger than that under the lat- eral and vertical compression, the shape, location and pattern of pressure points generated crack are different under different squeezing modes. The results could provide theoretical reference for the extracting, transportation and processing of black melon seeds.
