摘要 为了保证玉米种子烘干的质量和发芽率,提高种子干燥效率,设计出了基于组态王的玉米果穗烘干监控系统。系统包括动态温度、湿度、风压数据的采集、监控系统的软硬件组成以及进料仓门和温度的自动控制功能的实现,还包括组态王界面的设计、组态王与Access数据库的连接以及组态王与Internet通讯等。可以实时监测烘干仓内温度、湿度、风压等数据,对这些数据进行实时检测、数据分析处理和智能误判报警等;设计出了温度智能控制器,可以实现烘干温度模拟量的闭环监测和自动控制。经实践证明:系统稳定可靠,操作简单,人机界面友好,能够满足现代化烘干系统工艺要求。 It was designed in order to guarantee the corn seeds drying quality, germination rate, and improve the seed drying efficiency. The system included the dynamic temperature, humidity, and air pressure data acquisition, monitoring and control system hardware and software composition, and the automatic feeding storehouse door and temperature control. It also contained the interface design with Kingview, the communication between Kingview and Access database and Internet, etc. The temperature, humidity and air pressure data of the drying chamber can be real-time monitored by the system, and then these data were processed and realized the intelligent misjudgment alarm, etc. The intelligent temperature controller was designed which could realize the closed loop monitoring and automatic control of the drying temperature analog. The system is stable and reliable, simple to operate, and has friendly man-machine interface, which can satisfy the modern technological requirements of the drying system.
