摘要
研究小麦联合收获机杂质清理技术路线和方案,对小麦联合收获机杂质清理系统进行改进设计和完善,增加小麦精选清理系统,并进行实地收获应用,对增加精选清理系统前后收获的小麦进行取样和统计分析,有效降低了小麦联合收获机收获小麦的含杂率,使收获小麦含杂率由符合国家农业行业"谷物联合收获机械作业质量(NYT 995-2006)标准"提升到符合国家"小麦(GB 1351-2008)"商品粮标准。
Wheat combine harvester cleaning system was improved and perfected based on research of technology route and scheme of impurities cleaning. Selected cleaning system was increased to application and statistical analysis, which can effectively reduce the rate of impurity. So, the impurity rate of wheat by conforming to National Agricultural Industry Standard of Grain Combine Harvesting Machinery Operation Quality of (NYT 995-2006) to meet National Wheat Standard of Commodity Grain (GB 1351-2008) .
