摘要
半自动双层热水循环式油棕果杀酵锅是针对我国热带地区油棕种植规模小且分散的实际情况而设计的一种新型独立杀酵设备。本文介绍了其整体结构、工作过程和主要技术参数,同时对其主要零部件的设计进行说明。该机具有结构紧凑、操作方便、安全可靠、易于运输的特点,生产效率≥500kg/h。
It was designed to adapt to the Chinese palm oil cultivation features of small-scale and scattering production. The overall structure, working process and main technical parameters of the pot were introduced, and the designs of its main parts were described. The machine has advantages of being compact in structure, easy to operate, safe, reliable and easy to transport, with a capacity of ≥500kg/h.
