摘要
二冲程汽油机的气口参数对于提高燃油效率具有重要的作用,得到越来越多的关注。通过CATIA5.0建立342型二冲程汽油机的三维模型,对其气口的关键参数进行分析,基于气口参数中值法检验原有气口参数的合理性,同时利用AVL_BOOST软件对改进前后汽油机建立计算模型来进行分析比较,并通过发动机台架实验验证模型的有效性,继而提出合理的气口关键参数改进方案,气口优化后原型机的有效功率提高了4.2%,燃油消耗率降低了5.27%,发动机整机性能得到了极大的提高。
Port parameters of the two-stroke gasoline engine are important to improve fuel efficiency. The certain-type three-dimensional model of twostroke gasoline engine was established using CATIA5.0, and the key parameters of the gas ports were analyzed. The rationality of the original port parameter was verified based on the mean value method, at same time the comparative analysis between gasoline engines before and after improvement was conducted by using the calculation model set up by AVL_BOOST, whose validity was verified via engine bench test results. The reasonable parameter values and specific improvement program were further put forward. After optimization, the effective power increased 4.2%; meanwhile fuel consumption was reduced bv 5.27%.
