摘要
内燃机振动控制的要求越来越严格,因此我们对于内燃机振动信号分析和处理的研究也越来越深入。本文在参照前人对于内燃机振动信号分析方法的基础上,分析内燃机振动信号的复杂性,并结合目前计算机飞速发展的情况,将小波分析法结合虚拟仪器软件Labview对内燃机振动信号进行分析和处理。首先介绍小波变换的基本内容,然后分析它在内燃机信号分析中的应用,最后使用计算实例来验证该方法的有效性。结果表明,该方法在分析内燃机振动频率成分、剔除噪声、提取特征信号等方面具有很大的优势。
Based on the previous analyzing methods, the complexity of the internal combustion engine vibration signals was analyzed. Then combining with the rapid development situation of the computers, the wavelet analysis method and the virtual instrument software named Labview were used to analyze and process the signals. The basic content of the wavelet transform was introduced, and its application in signal analysis of the internal combustion engine was analyzed, which was then verified using calculational examples. This method has great advantages in the vibration frequency components analysis of the internal combustion engine, noise remove, and characteristic signals extraction.
