摘要
为了研究TY型自卸车车架的疲劳可靠性,首先在Hypermesh中进行有限元建模并作强度分析,然后应用ADAMS软件建立了整车的多体动力学模型并以D级路面作为输入激励得到载荷谱文件,在Hyper Works/Fatigue模块中进行了自卸车车架的疲劳寿命分析。疲劳寿命分析结果表明此车架满足疲劳寿命要求,从而为自卸车车架的优化设计和轻量化设计提供了参考。
For verifying the fatigue reliability of TY frame of dump truck, the finite element model was firstly established and the strength analysis was made using Hypermesh software. Then the multi-body dynamic model of the dump truck was established utilizing ADAMS software, and the loading spectra files were simulated using D-grade road as input. In the end, the fatigue life of frame was analyzed by using Hyperworks/Fatigue module. The frame satisfies the requirement of the fatigue life, thus provides a reference for the lightweight design and structural optimization of the frame.
