摘要
通过对温室的环境测量和控制,从而保持一个适合作物生长的环境。在此提出了单总线设计的创新思想,单总线的设计主要克服了温室内布线复杂以及无线设备昂贵的现状,使实际温室大棚应用技术有了很大的提升。控制器的中央处理器采用MSP430F149,温度采集器件采用DS18B20,采用DS2450完成各类模拟信号及开关信号的采集以及控制机电设备的开停,人机界面采用了TFT工业触摸显示屏。系统通过简易化、集成化设计,完成了对温室空气内温度、空气湿度、土壤湿度、光照度、CO2浓度等参数的采集,由继电器完成对通风、浇灌、遮阳板的控制,由触摸屏将温度、湿度等设定信息输入MCU,终端即可自动调节温室环境,从而实现了温室的智能化控制。
This system is mainly for the measurement and control of greenhouse environment, which would maintain a suitable environment for crop growth. The single bus design idea mainly overcomes the problems of complex greenhouse wiring and expensive wireless equipments, which highly improves the application of technology in the aetual greenhouse. The controller adopts MSP430F149 as the central proeessor, DS18B20 as the acquisition deviee for temperature, uses DS2450 to complete the signal simulation, switch signal and control the open and stop of eleetromecbanical equipment. The human computer interface uses TFT industrial touch screen. Through simple, integrated greenhouse temperature system design, the air humidity, soil moisture, light intensity, CO2 parameter data were eolleeted, and the relay controls the ventilation, water and sun visor. The setting information like temperature, humidity were input into MCU by the touch screen, thus the terminal can automatically adjust the greenhouse environment to realize the intelligent control of greenhouse.
