摘要
针对蚕种催青室空间利用率不高、催青过程中人工操作导致的外来病菌侵入和人身安全隐患等问题,设计了一种能取代人工更换蚕种纸的蚕种催青架。控制系统采用AVR单片机、RS485总线及上位机控制技术,在蚕种催青室与控制室之间建立远程控制网络,用直流减速电机驱动催青架,用Visual Basic开发上位机软件。所设计的控制系统具有稳定性高、成本低、控制灵活等优点,对催青室机电一体化技术改造具有较高的开发价值和应用前景。
Aiming at the problems caused by manual operation during silkworm eggs hatching, such as low spatial utilization, invasion of the foreign pathogen, hidden danger of workers, etc., a shelf control system was designed. The AVR microcontroller, RS485 bus and host computer technology were used to establish long-distance control network between silkworm eggs hatching room and the control room, DC motor was used to drive the shelf, and Visual Basic was applied to develop the software of host computer. The control system has advantages of high stability, low cost and flexible control, which has development value and application prospect in the electromechanical integration of technological transformation for silkworm eggs hatching room.
