东北地区农业机械化发展形势分析

Analysis on the developing situation of agricultural mechanization in Northeast China

随着国家对粮食生产的不断重视和一系列惠农政策的刺激下,全国农业机械化发展迅速。东北地区作为我国重要的粮食生产基地,近年来农业机械化整体水平显著提高,某些农业机械化薄弱环节也取得了长足的进步,农业综合生产能力在全国处于领先地位。同时,东北地区农机制造业发展迅速,为巩固和加强农业基础地位,实现农业现代化注入了新的动力。本文深入研究了近年来东北地区农机化和农机制造业发展现状,分析了农机化发展特点、存在的问题,并对东北地区农业机械化和农机制造业的发展提出了政策建议。

With the increasing emphasis on food production and a series of preferential agricultural policy stimulus, the national agricultural mechanization developed rapidly. In recent years, the overall level of agricultural mechanization of northeast China, as China＇s major grain production bases, increased signiflcantly and some of the weaknesses in agrlcultural mechanization have made considerable progress. The comprehensive agricuhural production capacity of northeast China is in leading position in our country. Meanwhile, the rapid development of northeast agricultural machinery manufacturing has injected new impetus to consolidate and strengthen agriculture as the foundation of economy and to achieve agricultural modernization. The recent situation of agricultural mechanization and agricultural machinery manufacturing industry in northeast China were studied, and the characteristics and problems of agricultural mechanization were analyzed. In the end, some advices on policies were provided.
