农民职业培训需求与主体期望研究——基于山西某县的实证调研

农民对职业培训的需求是进行农民职业培训的依据和基础,是确保农民职业技术培训质量提升的关键。而现实中,相关部门忽视农民的主体需求和期望,单纯地以行政主导模式推行农民职业教育,严重影响了培训效果。本文以实证研究为方法,通过对晋南X县进行调研,微观分析了X县农民对职业培训的需求及期望。

Farmers demand for vocational training is the basis and foundation of farmer vocational training, and it is the key to ensure the improvement of the training quality. But in reality, the relevant departments ignore the needs and expectations of farmers, simply promote the vocational education by administration mode, which seriously affecting the training effects. Based on the empirical research method, the demand and expectation of vocational training for farm- ers in X County was micro analyzed through X county research.
