基于肾玄府理论浅议“辛以通玄”在肾病蛋白尿治疗中的应用

Application of “pungent dredging sweat pores”in proteinuria based on renal Xuanfu( sweat pore)theory

提出"肾玄府"理论假说,认为"肾玄府"闭塞是蛋白尿发生的主要病机之一。辛味药具有通玄作用,并可有效抑制蛋白尿。通过分析"辛以通玄"在蛋白尿治疗中的意义,为临床治疗本病开拓新的思路。

This paper proposes the hypothesis of sweat pore. It is believed that block of sweat pore is one of the pathogenesis of proteinuria. Herbs with pungent taste have the effect of dredging sweat pore and inhibiting proteinuria. This paper analysizes the significance of ＂ pungent dredging sweat pores＂ in treating proteinuria and explores new clinical strategies tot the treatment of this disease.
