Photocurable adhesives----Challenge and opportunity

简要总结了光固化粘合剂及其应用的特点、配方设计要点、难点和核心性能指标;从技术特色和技术先进性角度提出了一些值得关注、并有较大市场空间的光固化粘合剂,包括UV压敏胶、复合胶、建筑胶、电子胶和光学胶;分析了提高光固化的官能团转化率的重要性以及新原料、新产品开发方面的一些难题。

The photocurable adhesives,their application character,and the outline,difficulty and critical performance indicators of formulation design were briefly summarized.From technical features and technological advancement,some photocurable adhesives were proposed,which are worth watching and have large market space,including the UV curable PSAs,laminating adhesives,construction adhesives,electronic adhesives and optical adhesives.The importance of increasing percent conversion of photocurable groups and the problems of development of new raw materials and new products were analyzed.
