基于网络共享的美国情报分析系统研究

Study on American Intelligence Analysis System Based on Network Sharing

随着美国情报界对部门间情报分析共享协作要求的不断提高,他们利用网络促进共享协作并且创建了情报百科、国家情报图书馆和分析空间等应用实体系统。虽然在实际应用中存在一些争议,但还是取得了不错的效果。本文介绍了三个应用实体系统的基本情况,分析了此类系统现阶段在情报分析中的主要特点和存在问题,最后提出对我国情报分析系统建设的启示。

With the continuously increasing demand of intelligence analysis sharing collaboration between its different departments, the A-merican intelligence community promoted the sharing collaboration by introducing the network and created application entity such as Intelli-pedia, Library of National Intelligence and A-Space. There is a little controversy in the practical applications which achieved some good results. The paper mainly introduces the basic characters of the three application entity system, analyzes the main features and problems of such systems at the present stage in intelligence analysis, and proposes implications for construction of our intelligence analysis system.
