摘要 提出了一种简单有效、易于在变频器驱动下实现的异步电机参数离线辨识方法。无需直流、堵转、空载等复杂的实验,在异步电机的三相定子绕组中通入单相的脉冲电压,即可自动获得矢量控制系统所需的异步电机的所有参数。离线辨识算法采用最小二乘法,选取硬件容易实现且系统容易收敛的脉冲信号作为激励信号。针对不同的脉冲宽度信号,进行了仿真分析。最后将这种参数辨识方法运用到15 kW的感应电机中,实验结果很好地说明了该方法的正确性与合理性,为实际应用提供了很好的参考意见。 A simple and realizable induction motor off-line parameter identification method is proposed.The motor is driven by inverter.In this method, a pulse voltage is put into the single-phase among three-phase stator windings.This method can automatically identify induction motor parameter used in vector control system with no DC test,locked-rotor test,no-load test.Based on recursive least-squares algorithm,a pulse signal is taken as the excitation signal,because it is easy to implement in hardware and easy to converge.For different pulse width ,the simulation analyses are conducted.Lastly, this method is carried out in 15 kW motor.The results demonstrate the feasibility and correctness of this parameter identification method.
