小学教师领导力发展现状和影响因素的实证研究

摘要 一、问题提出 国外对教师领导力的重视源于20世纪80年代美国促进公立学校发展的教育改革,巨大投资集中用于提高教师素质和教学环境,以实现提升教学质量和教学有效性这一主要改革目的。在这次改革中,教师被认为既是问题的源泉,又是解决问题的关键。
