摘要
通过详细热工计算及调研,确定了高炉热风炉低温烟气余热进一步回收利用新工艺,即在原有烟道换热器后,加装热管式热水发生器,生产热水供职工洗浴,实现了大排量低温烟气余热回收利用的目的。
Through the detailed thermal calculation and research, the new technology of the hot blast furnace low-temperature flue gas waste heat recovery and utilization was determined.That is, after the original flue gas heat exchanger, install the heat pipe type hot water generator.The production of hot water for employees bath, implemented a large displacement of the low temperature gas waste heat recovery and utilization purposes.
