模式识别受体遗传变异与畜禽肠道疾病易感性

摘要 肠道细胞表面表达大量模式识别受体,通过识别微生物的病原相关分子模式而发挥先天免疫功能,构筑成肠道第一道防御屏障。模式识别受体发生遗传变异将影响其生物功能,进而影响肠道疾病易感性的发生。通过综述TLRs、NOD2、Dectin-1、My D88基因与畜禽肠道疾病易感性发生的联系,提示模式识别受体基因是影响畜禽肠道疾病易感性的重要候选基因。
