摘要
激活免疫系统以达到肿瘤的治疗效果是免疫学与肿瘤学上的一个长远的目标.随着基础免疫治疗在肿瘤研究中的不断发展,IgE介导的变态反应与肿瘤学之间的关系日益受到关注.IgE抗体介导Ⅰ变态反应与恶性肿瘤的发生、预后可能有一定的相关性,但具体的相关性尚不明确.变态反应可能降低肿瘤的发生危险性,但还需要更深入的研究和大样本的循证医学证据来验证其相关机制.
Activation of the immune system to reach the tumor treatment,is a long-term goal of immunology and oncology.With the development of basic immunotherapy applied in the research of tumors,the relations between the allergic reaction and oncology have attracted more and more researchers＆#39; attentions.There exists some connections between IgE-mediated type Ⅰ allergic reaction and tumors,but the detailed correlations are not determined yet so far.Allergic reactions may reduce the occurrence of cancer risk,but also need more in-depth research and a large sample of evidence-based medical evidence to prove its related mechanism.
