常减压蒸馏装置中常顶挥发冷凝冷却流程一直是腐蚀重灾区,通常以"一脱三注"工艺防腐蚀和材质升级来解决。该装置通过"一脱三注"采样分析、空冷进出口探针在线监测和定点测厚来监测设备运行状况。通过对采集到数据进行详细分析,确定大致的薄弱环节,增加特定区域的详细测厚筛查,来确定实际减薄的危险部位,及时发现隐患,发布警示信息,并在现场采取包焊方式,保证装置继续运行。利用停工抢修机会,对减薄部件进行解剖分析,明确塔顶低温腐蚀的原因与影响因素,在此基础上采用工艺、设备手段进行综合控制,以满足长周期运行要求。
Since the condensing system for the ADU (Atmospheric Distillation Unit) overhead suffers from serious corrosion, electric desalting, additions of corrosion and fouling inhibitors and material upgrading are usually adopted to deal with the corrosion problems. The equipment operation is monitored by sampling analysis and on - line monitoring of probes at the inlet and outlet of air coolers. The collected data will be analyzed in detail to deterrnine the weak locations, and the thickness of special locations will be tested in detail so as to find the hazardous locations. When the safety hazards are found, warning is issued and contour welding is performed on the site to ensure the continuous operation of the unit. When the unit is shutdown for maintenance, the failed components are analyzed to find out the causes of low - temperature corrosion at the ADU overhead and impact factors. Based upon the results of analysis, effective measures are taken in respect of process and equipment for the long - term operation of the unit.
