创业研究之人格特质理论文献综述
摘要
创业者是新企业的重要及唯一决策者，其个人人格特质对其思维和行为都有关键性的影响。本文梳理了国外创业研究文献中有关对人格特质理论的观点，并对这些观点进行综合的概述。
